Welcome to LouiseArt where I show and offer for sale a selection of my art as limited edition fine art prints. My work is inspired by the beauty that surrounds my home in rural south-west France and informed by my journeying across this globe of ours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I work in an unconventional way. I may start by painting a watercolour or acrylic piece, perhaps mixing media to get the image I imagine. That original artwork is then digitised to allow me to continue to work on it in the digital realm. The end result is a digital image that may be close to the original artwork or very far removed from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are interested in learning more about the techniques I use to create my work or just improve your skills with watercolour or acrylic – from beginner to experienced artist – perhaps consider attending one of the short and very limited workshops<\/a> I run at my home in beautiful SW France alongside my husband’s photography courses (see his website here<\/a>) … an ideal opportunity to combine a holiday with a little fun learning. And I’m always happy to answer specific questions about any of my work or art-related activities so please feel free to contact me<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the limited edition prints offered here I have an Etsy shop at https:\/\/www.etsy.com\/shop\/LouiseArtByLouise<\/a> where you will find unlimited items such as postcard size collections of my works and individually painted greeting cards that are not available on this site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
